Each year Larne Music Festival is an excellent means of encouraging and supporting the vast musical talent found in Larne and the East Antrim area, providing a public arena for performance and professional adjudication. It also provides our young people with the opportunity to listen and appreciate the developing musicianship of others.
The Friends of the Festival Scheme was introduced to offer financial support and thus ensure the furtherance of this important event. You are asked to make a small financial donation which helps to ensure the continuance of this important event in the musical calendar. It brings together keen supporters of music who are willing to make an annual contribution - on a sliding scale of £10 - £40 per person. The Festival does not receive any financial support other than this scheme, and the generous donations of some individuals.
In exchange Friends of the Festival receive:
· Listing in official Programme for Festival Concert
· Invitation to annual Pre-Festival Reception
